Why Us
Our mission is to help creators turn talent into wealth. Our vision is to become the world's leading creator monetisation platform, unlocking financial freedom for the global creative economy.
We're not building yet another SaaS tool. We're building a business engine, where creators everywhere can scale their businesses as easily as launching a new idea. We’re here to make that world a reality; one creator at a time.
Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly creative Product Marketer to build the marketing foundation at Presto. This role is central to our future: driving how we tell our story, shape the category, and bring our product to market. You’ll be the first dedicated marketer in our team and a key player in defining how creators understand and adopt Presto.
We’re at an inflection point. Creators are building real workflows with our AI agents, but we haven’t put much energy into telling the outside world about it!
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for someone who’s successfully built positioning and messaging from scratch, launched complex products, and driven measurable adoption in a fast-moving startup.
You’ll be driving all of our marketing efforts (with support from the broader team) and help shape a function that could grow into your own to lead.
Description
Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market, owning our voice and making it resonate with the right audiences. You’ll work closely with everyone in the company.
Positioning & messaging: Define and evolve how Presto is understood. Bring clarity to our product through high-quality storytelling across our website, product, sales materials, and beyond.
Product marketing: Plan and execute launches, write change logs, and help the team frame new features in a way that drives engagement and understanding.
Sales enablement: Build collateral and narratives that help the GTM team close deals faster and with more confidence.
Content & thought leadership: Partner with our founders to amplify their voices. Translate our product roadmap and worldview into opinionated, high-signal content.
Website & comms: Own the marketing site’s content. Build new pages when needed. Make sure our story shows up clearly and consistently wherever people encounter Dust.
Collaboration: Localise what’s working, and keep product, growth, and sales tightly connected.
Requirements
Someone with 5-8 years of experience marketing technical B2B SaaS products, ideally as an early hire at a high-growth startup
Strong product marketing instincts. You’re able to make abstract features understandable and desirable without dumbing them down
Exceptionally clear, confident writer who can speak to technical and business audiences alike. You’ve written everything from website copy to launch announcements to sales decks and you know how to make it land. You write to convert, not just to inform, and you have a strong sense of what great looks like.
Track record of building positioning and go-to-market from scratch
Hands-on. Comfortable setting strategy, but spending 80% of your time executing
Operates without permission or process. Knows how to move quickly and prioritize the signal
Experience collaborating with technical teams and product-led orgs
Experience with AI platforms, developer tools, or deeply technical products
Deep understanding of the enterprise AI landscape
Prior success as one of the first few marketing hires at a company that found product-market fit (or better yet, former founder)
Experience in growth or content marketing
Dealbreakers
Delegating everything
Waiting for strategy time before taking action
Managing a large team right away
Operating in a vacuum. You’ll be tight with product and sales from day one
Focusing solely on product marketing. This role is suitable for someone who has worked across the marketing stack but has very strong product intuition.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of excellence: This means real, proven achievement in demanding environments—top performance in elite academic, technical, sporting or entrepreneurial settings.
Relevant degree or equivalent expertise in your area of specialty (e.g. Computer Science, Design, Business, Engineering, etc.).
