Why Us
Our mission is to help creators turn talent into wealth. Our vision is to become the world's leading creator monetisation platform, unlocking financial freedom for the global creative economy.
We're not building yet another SaaS tool. We're building a business engine, where creators everywhere can scale their businesses as easily as launching a new idea. We’re here to make that world a reality; one creator at a time.
Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly creative Growth Marketer to run experiments that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline. Someone who knows what works because they’ve run the experiments, not because they read it in a growth handbook. Someone who’s hungry, sharp, and knows how to build momentum in an early-stage company.
This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and responsibility. You’ll spend most of your time executing. The rest of your time goes into identifying leverage points and working closely with our product, GTM teams, and Founding Product Marketer.
Description
Growth & acquisition (you own this)
Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and more
Spin up experiments: social media campaigns, landing pages, out-of-home, partnerships, anything that gets attention
Work with design and engineering to ship quickly and test often
Track results, tweak relentlessly, and know when to kill an idea
Content & SEO (you help run this)
Make sure blogs, guides, and change logs get published, promoted, and seen
Help maintain SEO momentum with smart on-page optimisation and distribution
Product & brand support
Support product launches with channel-specific campaigns
Help organise in-person events and drive founder visibility through podcast, event, and PR outreach
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at B2B SaaS companies
You’ve owned a number—pipeline, signups, MQLs—and moved it
80%+ of your time goes to execution. You can write copy, set up campaigns, analyse results
You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup and don’t wait for instructions or process
You’re an excellent writer and have a good eye for what resonates
Dealbreakers
Someone who thinks they’re too senior to write copy or hit publish on a blog post
Someone who doesn’t want to get their hands dirty
Someone who needs long planning cycles
Someone looking to “own strategy” but not execution
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of excellence: This means real, proven achievement in demanding environments—top performance in elite academic, technical, sporting or entrepreneurial settings.
Relevant degree or equivalent expertise in your area of specialty (e.g. Computer Science, Design, Business, Engineering, etc.).
