Summary
We are seeking a visionary Senior Experience Designer to champion our brand’s visual evolution. In this role, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the Presto public website and the aesthetic quality of our platform, ensuring every touchpoint with our audience is intentional, engaging, and unforgettable.
You’ll lead the charge in advancing our in-house design system—setting the standard for visual consistency and innovation across all channels. From concept to execution, you’ll design captivating assets for web, digital campaigns, print, social media, presentations, and product materials.
Description
You'll be the creative force behind our brand's visual evolution, working closely with product and marketing teams to ensure our brand resonates with our audience and maintains consistency across all channels.
Own Presto public website and platform visual quality and evolution
Lead evolve and maintain our in house design system
Design compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, website, social media, presentations, and product materials
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative solutions
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual communications
Requirements
5+ years of track record designing intuitive and impactful digital experiences for products at scale.
Expertise with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, systems thinking, and measurable impact on product success.
Skilled in user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Ability to develop and communicate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build consensus and influence without direct authority.
Comfortable working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams—engineering, product, marketing, and beyond.
Experience navigating ambiguity, iterating rapidly, and balancing speed with quality.
Practical knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Prior experience designing for SaaS, web, and/or mobile environments is a strong plus.
Dealbreakers
You avoid user research and are uncomfortable engaging directly with end-users to understand their needs.
You cannot clearly articulate design decisions through compelling, actionable documentation and presentations.
You rely on surface-level trends instead of seeking out core user problems through first-principles thinking.
You struggle to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) or cannot influence stakeholders without direct authority.
You need exhaustive requirements before getting started and are uneasy with open-ended, ambiguous design challenges.
You hesitate to prototype and test concepts quickly, preferring polish over progress and iteration.
You lack hands-on experience designing for digital products and have not worked with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or comparable platforms).
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of excellence: This means real, proven achievement in demanding environments—top performance in elite academic, technical, sporting or entrepreneurial settings.
Relevant degree or equivalent expertise in your area of specialty (e.g. Computer Science, Design, Business, Engineering, etc.).
