The Customer Success team empowers our creators to achieve their goals. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction, the value perceived and ultimate retention of our users.

Joining Presto also means pioneering a new form of Customer Success. A creator first company, Presto aims to illustrate how AI can help redefine creator monetisation.

You’ll contribute to building a new product and category from the ground up in a fast-paced environment that encourages a doer attitude and ownership over outcomes.

Description
  • Be instrumental in building our Customer Success function from the ground up, with the opportunity to define processes, establish best practices, and lay the groundwork for future team expansion

  • Lead and optimise the full customer lifecycle as a trusted advisor, from orchestrating successful deployment of Presto through strategic account reviews, ensuring maximum value realisation and strong renewal outcomes.

  • Help customers identify and unlock key use cases across our user base. Design successful programs aligning their business objectives and our latest product advancements.

  • Empower Presto creators. With varying technical capabilities, builders drive and facilitate AI adoption within their teams, encouraging cross-pollination of successful augmenting strategies.

  • Be the voice of our users. Provide insights on their experience to shape our product in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in Customer Success or similar roles, driving adoption, retention and expansion for customers, preferably in the SaaS industry.

  • Proven impact developing and deploying successful digital adoption and education strategies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Experience with AI-driven products is a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop complex product knowledge and effectively communicate technical concepts to drive customer adoption and success

  • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-levels.

  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a flair for elegant solutions to first-of-a-kind problems.

  • Robust prioritisation and multitasking skills to operate with a high level of ownership and initiative alongside demanding users and in an emerging field.

Dealbreakers
  • You avoid direct interaction with customers and are uncomfortable addressing their needs or concerns personally.

  • You are unable to communicate complex information clearly and concisely through both written and verbal channels.

  • You default to reactive support instead of proactively identifying customer pain points and solutions.

  • You struggle working cross-functionally and cannot build effective relationships with sales, product, and engineering teams.

  • You are hesitant to take initiative or ownership for customer outcomes—waiting for others to act first.

  • You need rigid processes and struggle to adapt when priorities or customer requirements change.

  • You lack hands-on experience working with SaaS, CRM, or support platforms to drive customer engagement and success.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence: This means real, proven achievement in demanding environments—top performance in elite academic, technical, sporting or entrepreneurial settings.

  • Relevant degree or equivalent expertise in your area of specialty (e.g. Computer Science, Design, Business, Engineering, etc.).
